In the Kitchen: Chefs Panumas Chaisalee and Watchara Watthanasiri

The chef duo bring their combined talents and experience to Chisana Nami. A teppanyaki expert, Chef Panumas Chaisalee, started his journey at Nami Restaurant at the JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok. He honed his skills in various teppanyaki restaurants across London, Liverpool, Vietnam, and Khao Lak. His talent was recognised when he was crowned the winner of Iron Chef Vietnam in 2012. Chef Watchara Watthanasiri started his career at Benihana in Bangkok before moving to work at various teppanyaki restaurants in Liverpool and Manchester.
